The following pictures demonstrate the WTS1286-50 being used in a single column machine with a DFSII Remote Non-Dedicated Gauge.  This configuration shows the versatility of the Worm Gear Screw Jack.  It can check calibration up to 50 kN... or as shown here, can also be used for light duty work.
WTS1286-20  Worm Gear Screw Jack
(Please scroll down for more ...)
Maximum load 20 kN
Nickel plated steel & plastic
Shown with 15.9 mm female & 15.8 mm male couplings
(Other sizes possible, Contact Our Office)
Can be made to fit almost any force testing machine
Perfect for calibration company or for periodic check of machine

Turning the crank clockwise adds tensile force.
Counter-clockwise rotation adds compression force.
Each rotation creates 0.5 mm of movement.

DFSII Non Dedicated Remote
(DFSII-ND-R)

This gauge uses interchangeable load cells.  This is ideal for checking a system with low and high capacity load cells.  Useful also for using one gauge and two load cells (one for a back up)  Only 1 Force Gauge is required.

The DFSII reads the load cell when powering up.  To change, simply turn off the gauge, loosen two connector screws and disconnect.  Plug in another CLC type load cell (tighten the connector screws) and power the gauge back on.  It's simple.
