This site is arranged with multiple pages for each category. Some items can be configured and include some (but sometimes not all) information for consideration. Some items have options for connection while other connections are made with convenient adapters. Please contact us if you need product support or if you have general test questions regarding use of our fixtures.
Warranty:
A one-year limited warranty is included (excluding custom items). Other limitations may apply depending on product (please contact our office for details).
Safety
Generally, there are several areas of concern when using our products. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring safety regarding use of purchased items from our company: Any relevant workplace safety rules are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Special safety specifications or requirements must be stated in detail by Buyer prior to purchase. Application of safety protocol, including selection and use of any needed personal protection equipment is the responsibility of the buyer.
Training & SOPs: There should be Standard Operating Procedure for each test, including details regarding safety. Operators will need training for safe operation.
High Forces: Some Grips and machine movements have high pressure pinch points that could cause injury. Knowing your equipment is essential. Never put hands between moving parts!
Safety Gear: Wear protective clothing, safety glasses and ear protection as necessary. Some machines require safety shielding. There are also cases where the operators need to be in another room during a test.
Fixture Integrity: Know the parts of your fixtures and where periodic adjustments may be necessary. Loose or missing parts are not safe and can negatively influence test results.
Tools: If something requires a tool, use the right one. Also, don't cheat by using tools where items should be tightened by hand. This can cause damage or injury also.

Our liability for any loss incurred by Buyer will not exceed purchase price of items to which any claim applies. Any further claims for damages are hereby excluded. We shall not be liability for any injury, property damage or death that may arise from the use, misuse, transport or storage of our products.
Dimensional drawings of parts & prints (including pictures related to our products) may not be made available to third parties without our written consent.
We are not liable for test results that may vary due to changes of fixturing. The Buyer is liable for product selection, suitability and use, unless some specific feature has been explicitly guaranteed in writing.
We are not liable for incorrect application of fixtures such as incorrect selection of faces.
Expected test results are not guaranteed with purchase of fixtures.
General information by oral agreements should be confirmed in writing before purchase.
